To Use CBD Living Suppositories Rectally:
* 1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water
* 2. Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired
* 3. Lie on your side with your lower leg straightened out and your upper leg bent forward into your stomach. Lift upper buttock to expose the rectal area.
* 4. Carefully insert pointed end of one suppository into rectum past the sphincter. A water-soluble lubricant such as K-Y Jelly may be used, if desired. Do not use petroleum-based jelly (such as Vaseline).
* 5. Wash hands again and rest for 20 minutes before activity to avoid slippage.
